Allyson
Ayres D'Eliscu
During
her tenure as the hotel group’s chief interior designer,
Allyson Ayres D’Eliscu discovered just the right furnishings
and objets d’arte to create the fashionable and inspiring
décor that defines Ayres Family hotels. She regularly
visited Europe, India, Thailand, Turkey, China, and Indonesia
to obtain the fabrics, furniture, carved marble statuary, paintings,
and other furnishings featured in the hotels. Allyson honed
her talents in interior design early on for model homes in residential
communities developed by Homes by Ayres. Allyson’s décor
schemes, such as French County style living rooms and bedroom
settings, set the tone for things to come. Allison is a 1983
graduate of USC and received additional training at UCI and
the prestigious Parsons School of Design in New York City. She
lives in Orange County with her husband Bruce and the couple’s
three children.
Douglas
