Sylvia was extremely helpful, friendly and cheerful in helping us navigate the many errands we had to run in the area. We had several questions and needed late check out (needy guests!). We also want to compliment the lovely hotel - the guest rooms are roomy and spotlessly clean. Thanks for exceeding our expectations.
