Orange, CA August, 6, 2013- As always with the Ayres name, guests can expect a luxurious blend of traditional European charm with modern amenities. This hotel will be a sanctuary of calmness amongst the hustle and bustle of the Disneyland Resort area. Set to open approximately June of 2014 and situated next door to Ayres Inn Orange, the hotel will be conveniently located near Disneyland, UCI Medical Center, and Chapman University.
Ayres Hotel Orange will be four stories tall and hold 139 guest rooms that are configured to allow for better ease of guest use and comfort. As usual rooms will have the Ayres touch of exclusive triple sheeted Ayres Dream Sleeper pillow-top mattresses, flat screen televisions, complimentary high speed Internet, microwaves, refrigerators, well-appointed bathrooms and more. Daily newspapers will also be provided to each room at no charge.
The Ayres Hotel lobby will use natural materials blended with a more contemporary style, with bamboo lining the lobby wall behind the front desk, expectantly giving the hotel a "Zen" like atmosphere. Backlit wood carved panels adorning the walls of the lobby, rattan screens lining the lobby's balcony railing and wood flooring are also all part of the concept for the hotel's lobby. Stone columns will line the lobby and the uniquely exposed concrete floor of the multifunctional dining room will complement the clean and natural beauty of the space. Low impact colors, driftwood and rocks will be used as accents.
These new elements will not, however, stray too far from a traditional Ayres Hotel. "We want our guests to feel a high level of comfort and tranquility but also feel like they are entering an Ayres Hotel, so we are blending things we have previously done successfully, while pulling in other influences," said Donald Ayres III, the principal developer of the project. This means the lobby area will also feature an inviting fireplace, business center, gift shop, coffee bar and balcony overlooking the space.
Guests will be treated to a daily complimentary full breakfast buffet with cooked to order eggs, bacon or sausage, and pancakes or waffles in the newly designed and open multifunctional dining room. Rather than simply being a breakfast room, this multifunctional space will also serve as a full service bar and lounge with various happy hour specials, similar to that of our Anza Lounge in the Moreno Valley location. A sense of community is what Ayres Hotels is striving for with this project. Accordingly, community tables will be present in the lobby and multifunctional dining room.
Also featured at the new hotel will be meeting space, a sparkling heated outdoor pool and spa as well as a full fitness center. As always, parking is free and with our newly built parking structure accommodating up to 212 cars, it will be a comfortable and hassle free stay at the Ayres Hotel Orange.
