This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in, the staff couldn't do enough to help, the room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. We had a beautiful big room with everything we needed except one thing , we didn't have a kettle which made it difficult to make tea. I know that Americans are coffee drinkers but we come originally from the UK so I am primarily a tea drinker. That's not what I would call a complaint though just a suggestion. We will definitely be back again.
