What time is check in/ check out? Is there early check in/ late check out available?
Guest may check in any time after 3:00pm, however they may process the check-in upon arrival and store luggage at the front desk until the room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready any time after 3:00pm. Check out is at noon. For a nominal fee of $30 + tax guests may check in early at 11:00am or check out later at 2:00pm, but this would be based on availability.
Do you charge at the time of booking?
For most reservations you will charged upon booking. When booking a non-refundable/ advanced purchase promotion reservation/rate plan, the reservation amount will be charged in full at the time of booking. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy.
What is your cancellation policy?
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancelations must abide by their policy.
Is a credit card required upon check-in?
A credit or debit card is required upon check in. If the guest is paying with a credit card, that card must be present at check-in. If the guest is not the card holder, a credit card authorization form must be filled out in advance. In addition, a valid picture identification is required with same name as the credit card and reservation.
How much do you hold at the time of check in?
Upon check in we hold $50 per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Do you have any parking fees?
No, parking is complimentary.
How old do you have to be to check in?
If overnight guest is a minor (under 18), please have them contact the hotel directly for appropriate forms to be filled out and returned prior to arrival.
Do you have cribs or rollaway beds available?
We have pack and plays available, but we do not have rollway beds.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served at 6:00 – 9:00am Monday through Friday and 6:30 - 10:00am on the weekends. The buffet style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice and coffee.
Is there a restaurant onsite?
We do not have a restaurant onsite, but we do offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. In addition, there is an evening reception provided on Monday thru Wednesday between 5:30pm to 6:30pm including items such as beer, wine, soda, cheese and crackers, chips and salsa, and veggies.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our guest rooms and floors are non-smoking. E-cigs, vapors, hookahs, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. We do have a designated smoking area outdoors.
Do you have connecting/adjoining rooms?
We do have connecting/adjoining rooms, but due to limited availability we would not be able to guarantee this for the guest. The type of adjoining rooms would be a 2 Queen to ADA King.
Do you allow pets?
No, the Ayres Hotel Seal Beach is not a pet-friendly location unless it is a service animal.
Do you offer transportation to the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services to or from the Airport.

What amenities does the hotel offer?
We offer complimentary full American breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. We also offer an extensive fitness center, heated pool, jacuzzi, laundry facility and 24-hour business center as well as fresh baked cookies in the evening. In room amenities include, Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, coffeemaker, desk and ergonomic, microwave, and a personal refrigerator.
