SoCal will be indulging in some of its greatest treasures – craft beer and taco flavors – with its annual Long Beach Craft Beer and Taco Festival at the Shoreline Aquatic Park/Lighthouse on Saturday, July 16th. The festival will showcase several regional and local breweries in addition to local chefs, bands, and DJs. There will also be Senor Toro Diablo, a mechanical bull, all day free rides, and lots of live entertainment from Bad Apples, Tomorrow’s Bad Seeds, and more.
HQS and other local breweries collaborated to bring this event to life in order to raise money for a Long Beach organization – Community Aid Project for Education, which works to support the local community.
General admission is from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and includes unlimited beer tasting, commemorative tasting cups, and access to gourmet food trucks with $2 tacos. The festival will also offer special VIP deals, such as 1-hour early access from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and a free mimosa bar as well as the other unbeatable perks of general admission. All guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter the event. Purchase tickets online via EventBrite.com, especially as tickets are anticipated to sell out online.
Best of all, if the Long Beach Craft Beer and Taco Festival falls during your birthday month, the event beckons you to celebrate with them with free VIP admission. If you are eligible for the birthday VIP group, email the event at [email protected] and enter the birthday guest name for group entrance.
