I want to thank the Ayres Hotel Fountain Valley and Armando the assistant general manager. We had an issue with our vacation plans (NO fault of this hotel) and had to cancel our 30th wedding anniversary trip out west. Armando was so professional, understanding and accommodating to us after I told him about our issue. He agreed to cancel our reservation (short notice) with no charge to us and couldn't have been nicer. What a class act....I will get there some day to stay at this amazing place....Thank you for your kindness Armando. Colleen and Jeff Salsburg
