I'm a professional airline pilot. A quiet, comfortable clean bed and room is primary. Secondary is excellent services from the hotel's staff. This hotel's location and staff excels and exceeds my every expectation. The very early complimentary or included continental breakfast is outstanding. The same following full hot breakfast starting at 6 am (weekdays) is even better. Made to order excellent fresh omelet's, french toast or pancakes. Meat choices like bacon and sausage. All the front desk staff has a 'can do, will do' amazing attitude. They must be treated very well from the top. As they treat the customers royally. You'll love the rooms. They are very tastefully decorated. The beds are very comfortable. There's a sofa in a separate sitting area. Add to all this, a mini-refrigerator incorporated into a bar like with a sink. I really enjoy this like home atmosphere. The lobby is also very comfortable and attractive place to just sit and relax. They have a stash of USA Today complimentary newspapers each weekday morning there. This place is great, period.
