To request a rate match, fill out a claim form within 24 hours of booking your stay—at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. If we approve your claim, your reservation will be updated to reflect the lower rate.

    Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions

    1. Certain rates and restrictions apply. Reservation must be made through the Ayres Hotels of California website. Price comparison only valid on the same room and room type, same dates, same number of guests and same deposit/cancellation policy.
    2. The best rate guarantee does not apply to the following rates:
      • Rates that are not publicly available such as group, negotiated, corporate, promotional (e.g., mobile only, members only) and employee rates.
      • Rates on sites that require a login or specific credit card to view or book, or on sites that don’t provide an immediate confirmation (e.g., an “on request” rate).
      • Rates on auction websites or sites that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed (e.g., Priceline and Hotwire).
      • Discount rates offered to members of groups including AAA/AARP and government employees.
      • Rates found during later searches on AyresHotels.com
      • Amenity inclusive rates or packaged deals.
      • Any pre-paid, advance purchase, or non-refundable rates (e.g., Agoda, Amoma, CancelOn, ZenHotels, etc.).
      • Rate disparities due to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates, or on international points of sale.
      • International versions of online travel agencies (i.e. Expedia.ca).
    3. Claim form must be submitted within 24 hours of booking and 48 hours prior to arrival.
    4. Price comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees and must be available to validate the claim.
