General Information
At check-in you must have a government issued photo ID and a credit or debit card for incidental charges. The name on the credit card used at check-in to pay for incidentals must be the primary name on the guest room reservation.

Early check-in is offered from 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM for a nominal fee of $45 + tax, based on availability. 12:00 pm complimentary late check out is available upon request based on availability. A 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm late check-out is available for a nominal fee of $45 + tax, based on availability.
Luggage can be stored on premises while rooms are being prepared, and after check-out.
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 4:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancellations must abide by their policy.
Incidentals are $150 per stay, debit/credit must be chip and pin with matching ID.
