General Information
Guests may check in any time after 3:00 pm. Check-out is at 12:00 pm. Yes, for a nominal fee, guests may check in early at 11:00 am or check out later at 3:00 pm, based on availability.
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancellations must abide by their policy. To cancel your reservation, please call the hotel at 951-734-2140 or email us at [email protected]
All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with a valid expiration date. Rooms are not pre-paid in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise noted on the reservation. The name on the credit card must match your government-issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.
If paying for the room charges with a debit/credit card, a physical credit card with an EMV chip is required to cover a $60 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. For pre-paid 3rd party reservations, we require a valid card to cover a $60 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Yes, we have pack and plays available upon request.
If overnight guest is a minor (under 18), please have them contact the hotel directly for appropriate forms to be filled out and returned prior to arrival.

Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served from 6:30 am – 9:00 am Monday through Friday and 7:30 - 10:00 am on the weekends. The buffet-style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice, and coffee.
Rooms and suites are non-smoking. If there is evidence of smoking of any substance in your accommodation, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $125 for rooms.**
**Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking. We do have designated smoking areas.
Yes, our laundry machines on-site are credit card operated.
Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services to or from the airport.
We offer complimentary full American breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. We also offer and extensive fitness center, heated pool, and Jacuzzi. In room amenities include, Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, coffeemaker, desk and ergonomic chair, microwave, and a personal refrigerator.
No, at this time Ayres Hotel Corona East does not offer pet friendly accommodations unless it is a service companion.
