I agree that my liability for this bill is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company, or association fails to pay the full amount of the charges accumulated during my stay. I understand that hotel personnel will only ask for my personal information such as credit card number or banking information in person. I understand the Hotel is not liable for any damages if I provide my personal information over the phone or other mediums during my stay.

Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with a valid expiration date. A physical credit card with an EMV chip must be provided at check-in to cover the entire room and tax amount + incidental hold. The name on the credit card must match a valid government-issued identification for a person physically present at the check-in counter. Rooms are not pre-paid in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise noted on the reservation.

Deposit Policy
At check-in, a physical credit card with an EMV chip is required to cover a $125 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Cancellation policy
Room reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax. Unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. 
Modification policy: Room reservations can only be modified up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified.

Extra-person charges
$10 additional per adult occupant exceeding 2. Children 12 and under stay free using existing bedding when accompanied by a parent or guardian, provided maximum occupancy is not exceeded. Roll-away beds are not available, and cribs are complimentary.

Smoking policy
the hotel is non-smoking. A $125 fee per occurrence will apply.

Ayres Hotels reserves the right to cancel reservations booked with erroneous room rates. Ayres Hotels considers ten (10) or more rooms a group. Please contact the hotel directly if you are booking ten (10) or more rooms. Rates are subject to change with reservation modification or if conditions of a promotional rate are not met, and early departure fees may apply.
