General Information
Cancellation Policy: Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. To cancel your reservation, please call the hotel at 909-631-2922 or email us at [email protected].
Check in is at 3:00 pm. 11:00 am early check in is available for a nominal fee of $30. Call the front desk for availability 909-631-2992 Ext:0.

The suites include Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, Keurig coffeemaker, 50” flat screen T.V., refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and a desk.
We offer complimentary parking and Wi-Fi for our guests. A 24-hour fitness center, and business center as well as a heated pool and jacuzzi are available for our guests use.
Our complimentary full buffet breakfast is served on weekdays from 6:00 am – 9:00 am and on weekends from 7:00 am – 10:00 am.
We do not offer roll away or any type of extra bed.
There is not a restaurant or bar at Ayres Hotel Chino Hills - Ontario. A variety of options for guests within walking distance include; Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que, BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, Ichi Kawa, The Boiler Steam Kettle Cooking, and Manila Bay Seafood Boiler.

Reservations will be charged upon check-in unless otherwise noted. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy. All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date and EMV chip. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + $100 incidental deposit.
Upon check in we hold $125 per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
