No Complaints

We truly loved our stay at Ayres. The service was awesome!! The shuttle driver was so friendly and helpful. The front staff was very welcoming. When I called for extra blankets, they immediately sent them up. The cleaning staff did a great job each day refreshing our room. The deep, jetted tub was lovely. The location was so convenient to the John Wayne airport. Driving to Disney was a breeze. Several restaurants we wanted to try but didn't get to, however we did go to happy hour at the hotel bistro and the service was superb. The food was great! Ayres will definitely be our go to from now on. The price of the room and the size for the price can't be beat! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Exceptionally Friendly

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I couldn't have asked for anything more. The room was very nice. I appreciated the daily housekeeping service too, which is not always part of multi-day stays in other hotels. Finally, the restaurant staff all were exceptionally friendly and helpful, too. Service was outstanding.

One of the Best Hotels in Costa Mesa

Ayres Hotel is very well managed and maintained. Friendly staff, thoughtful gestures and running like a well-oiled machine. We had a beautiful stay and enjoyed all the facilities the hotel offered - especially the restaurant. Airport shuttle is a great service.

Convenient and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay and found all staff to be helpful. We had a lovely leisurely breakfast in the restaurant, and enjoyed the pool. We were in town for personal business, and were glad to relax at the hotel as part of the weekend. We paid an extra $30 for a late check out Sunday which allowed us more time to visit with friends. Our room rate was good, so we were happy overall. It was convenient and affordable.
