Assisting the City of Orange during the COVID-19 Crisis

Updated March 31st, 2020

At Ayres Hotels, one of our core values is We Care About People. We take pride in participating in every community in which we have hotels. We are now being called on to help Orange County during the current health crisis. Starting April 1, 2020, ALO Hotel by Ayres will begin a month to month lease by the Orange County Health Agency.

We wanted to share this news with you, and let you know that guests in-house at ALO Hotel the night of March 31, 2020 will need to check out April 1, 2020. All reservations booked for arrival on or after April 1, 2020 until August 31st, 2020 will be cancelled. We welcome the opportunity to assist you in finding new lodging. Our sister hotel, the Ayres Hotel Orange located adjacent to our hotel in the same parking lot is ready to take your reservation at the existing rate. We are also happy to help secure accommodations at other area hotels. Please let one of our front desk staff know how we can assist you.

Our accommodations will be used to service today's heroes, the men and women in the healthcare industry, and at-risk members of the community. The Orange County Health Care Agency will work with professional management firms and assume day to day responsibility of the hotel.

We are happy to help Orange County during this difficult time, and look forward to business returning to normal. Orange County will return the hotel professionally cleaned in the original condition when the lease expires. Upon completion of the lease term, the hotel will return to the Ayres Hotel collection and welcome guests back. Once, we have a clearer understanding of when this health crisis will be under control, we will advise guests when they can begin making reservations.

We appreciate your patience and caring during this time and look forward to our continued relationship.

In health,

The Team at ALO Hotel by Ayres
