Here at Ayres Hotel Anaheim, we're thrilled to welcome you and your four-legged friends!

Things to Know:

  • Pet Fees:
    • 1 Pet: $50 Daily Fee + $50 Cleaning Fee
    • 2 Pets: $100 Daily Fee + $50 Cleaning Fee 
    • Pets may not be left unattended: an additional $100 fee will be assessed for any pets left unattended
    • Additional charges will be assessed for any pet-related damages to the room
  • Well-mannered dogs and cats
  • Maximum 2 pets per room
  • Pet-friendly area is located at the south side of the hotel
  • Pets must be leashed or held in public spaces
  • Pets may not be left unattended in room

Pet Policy

Acceptable Pets

  • Well-mannered dogs and cats.
  • We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior; including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking/noise, evidence of disease, or urination or defecation in public areas.
  • No more than two pets may occupy each guest room.

Pet-Friendly Areas

  • A pet-station is located at the south side of the hotel. A waste receptacle with bags is located in this area.
  • It is your responsibility to dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.

Leashes

  • Pets must be leashed or held in arms in all common areas of the hotel including the pet-potty area.
  • With exception to service animals, no pets may be brought into the Breakfast/Dining room.
  • Pets are not allowed to lounge in either the lobby or the pool area.

Pets In Room

  • Pets may not be left unattended anywhere in the hotel.
  • An additional $100 fee will be assessed for any pets left unattended.

Housekeeping

  • For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will only enter your room when you and your pet are not present.
  • Our Housekeeping staff will not be responsible for cleaning up or removing pet waste.
  • Please contact the Front Desk to schedule the best times for us to service your room.

Fees

  • There is a $50 non-refundable daily fee.
  • An additional $50 non-refundable one-time cleaning fee will be assessed per room.
  • Other charges will be assessed for any unwarranted pet-related cleaning and damages to the room during your stay.

Service Animals

  • Ayres Hotels complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding Service Animals.
  • Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a Service Animal damage or soil the Hotel.
  • Per the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Emotional Support Animals (ESA) do not qualify as Service Animals as they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task.
  • Emotional Support Animals (ESA) will be charged the standard pet fee according the hotels policy. To learn more, please defer to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) website.
