What time is check in/check out? Is there early check in/late check out available?

What is your cancellation policy?
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancelations must abide by their policy. To cancel your reservation, please call the hotel 619-445-5800 at or email us at [email protected].
Do you charge at the time of booking?
All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with a valid expiration date. Rooms are not pre-paid in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise noted on the reservation. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.
How much do you hold at the time of check in?
At check-in, a physical credit card with an EMV chip is required to cover a $50 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account. A cash deposit of $125 is also accepted as a form of payment.
What is needed to reserve a room?
Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date. Should you like to pre-pay for your room, or pay for another individual, please contact the hotel directly ahead of time to obtain a credit card authorization form that will need to be filled out and faxed or emailed back to the hotel.
Is there a parking fee?
Parking is complimentary at Ayres Lodge in Alpine.
Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served from 5:00 am – 9:00 am Monday through Friday and 5:00 am - 10:00 am on the weekends. The buffet-style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice, and coffee.
Is the hotel pet friendly?
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed in specified guestrooms (standard rooms only - not deluxe). A non-refundable fee of $60 + tax will be charged at check-in per stay. In addition, guests will be charged the repair or replacement cost for any damages caused by the pet in guestrooms, public areas, or on the grounds of the hotel. Pet cannot be left unattended in guestrooms and there is a maximum of 2 pets per room limit.
