What time is check in/ check out? Is there early check in/ late check out available?

Guest may check in any time after 3 PM. Check out is at noon. Yes, for a nominal fee of $30 + tax guests may check in early at 11 AM or check out later at 2 PM. 

What is your cancellation policy?

Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancellations must abide by their policy. To cancel your reservation, please call the hotel at 951-738-9113 or email us at [email protected].

Do you charge at the time of booking?

Reservations will be charged upon check-in unless otherwise noted. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy. All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date and EMV chip. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.

How much do you hold at check-in?

If paying for the room charges with a debit/credit card, a physical credit card with an EMV chip is required to cover a $60 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. If paying for the room charges in cash, we require a valid card and matching ID to cover a $100 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. For pre-paid 3rd party reservations, we require a valid card to cover a $60 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.

Do you have cribs?

Yes, we have pack and plays available upon request.

How old do you have to be to check in?

If overnight guest is a minor (under 18), please have them contact the hotel directly for appropriate forms to be filled out and returned prior to arrival. 

Do you offer discounts for multi-room bookings or events?

Do you offer breakfast?

Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served at 6:30 – 9:00 am Monday through Friday and 7:00 - 10:00 am on the weekends. The buffet style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice and coffee.

Do you allow smoking in the rooms?

We have limited smoking rooms. If there is evidence of smoking of any substance in non-smoking rooms, you will incur a minimum deep cleaning fee of $125 for rooms.**

**Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking. We have designated smoking areas please contact the front desk for location information regarding designated smoking areas.

Do you have laundry machines on site?

Yes, we do it would be coin operated and the front desk will have change should you need it.

Do you offer transportation to the airport?

Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services to or from the airport.

What amenities does the hotel offer?

We offer complimentary full American breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. We also offer and extensive fitness center, heated pool, and Jacuzzi as well fresh baked cookies in the evening Monday through Thursday. In room amenities include, Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, coffeemaker, desk and ergonomic chair, microwave, and a personal refrigerator. 

Is Ayres Lodge and Suites Corona West pet friendly?

Yes, Ayres Lodge and Suites Corona West does allow pets please be advise that they do have a one-time per reservation non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $75+tax for the Lodge building and $125+tax for the Suites Building.
