We pulled in to the hotel about 10PM to find that the room I had booked didn't meet the needs of one of our group who needed a a handicap bathroom (not requested). the staff were extremely understanding and accommodating and switched rooms for us immediately. They went out of their way to help in a situation that was not their fault and not easily remedied. I want to specifically thank both Kim and Donovan for the exceptional way they handled a difficult situation. They were very courteous and professional and all done with a smile and "no problem". A good hotel is all about the staff and everyone here is great.
