Brandman University's Academic Advising department has a long and wonderful relationship with Lynn Dencker and the rest of the sales office staff at the Ayres Hotel Laguna Woods. Lynn is always incredibly professional and exemplifies what it means to service clients with the utmost care and concern. I have always appreciated her problem-solving approach and willingness to offer recommendations to make our annual event at the Ayres a positive experience. I also want to commend the rest of the hotel staff and especially those in the dining room who always go out of their way to make our team of 55 visitors feel comfortable and welcome during our three-day event.
