Pet Policy

Acceptable Pets

Well-mannered dogs, cats, birds, and fish.
We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior; including, but not limited to, biting, excessive barking/noise, evidence of disease, or urination or defecation in public areas.
No more than two pets may occupy each guest room.

Pet-Friendly Areas

There is a garden area located on the southwest corner of the property. A waste receptacle with bags is located in this area.
It is your responsibility to dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.

Leashes

Pets must be leashed or held in arms in all common areas of the hotel including the pet walk area.
With the exception to service animals, no pets may be brought into the breakfast/dining room.

Pets In Room

The only time dogs and cats may be left in a guest room unattended is when you are having breakfast.
At all other times of the day or night, dogs or cats cannot be left unattended in guestrooms.

Housekeeping

Hotel requires all rooms to be serviced daily.
For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will only enter your room when your pet is not present or your pet is kenneled.
Our Housekeeping staff will not be responsible for cleaning up or removing pet waste.
Please contact the Front Desk to schedule the best times for us to service your room.

Fees

There is a $60 plus tax non-refundable fee per reservation.
Other fees may apply for any unwarranted cleaning or damages caused by your pets in your guest room, public areas, or on the grounds of the hotel.

Service Animals

Ayres Hotels complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding Service Animals.
Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a Service Animal damage or soil the Hotel.
Per the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Emotional Support Animals (ESA) do not qualify as Service Animals as they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) will be charged the standard pet fee according the hotels policy. To learn more, please defer to the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) website.
