To maintain the high-quality service and amenities for our guests, our pool and spa will be closed for maintenance from 4/21/21-5/12/21. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued loyalty to Ayres Hotels.
What time is check in/ check out? Is there early check in/ late check out available?
Guest may check in any time after 3:00pm, however, they may process the check-in upon arrival and store luggage at the front desk until the room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready any time after 3:00pm. Check out is at noon. Early check-in or late check-out is based on availability on the day of arrival or day of check-out.
Do you charge at the time of booking?
Reservations will be charged upon check-in unless otherwise noted. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy. All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date and EMV chip. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancellations must abide by their policy.
Is a credit card required upon check-in?
A credit or debit card is required upon check-in. If the guest is paying with a credit card, that card must be present at check-in. If the guest is not the cardholder, a credit card authorization form must be filled out in advance. In addition, valid picture identification is required from the Guest checking-in that matches with the same name as the credit card and reservation.
How much of an incidental hold is required at check-in?
Upon check in, the hotel will authorize the credit card for your stay and an additional amount of $125 for an incidental deposit. If your room reservations have been pre-paid for before check-in, the hotel will hold $125 per stay for an incidental deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Do you have any parking fees?
No, parking is complimentary.
How old do you have to be to check in?
Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.
Do you have cribs or rollaway beds available?
We have pack n plays available, but we do not have rollaway beds.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served at 6:30 – 8:30 am Monday through Friday and 7:00 - 9:00 am on the weekends. The buffet-style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice, and coffee.
Due to COVID-19, we are offering a limited selection and hours are subject to change.
Is there a restaurant onsite?
We do not have a restaurant onsite, but we do offer complimentary breakfast in the morning.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our guest rooms and floors are non-smoking. E-cigs, vapors, hookahs, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. We do have a designated smoking area outdoors.
Do you have connecting/adjoining rooms?
We do have connecting/adjoining rooms, but due to limited availability we would not be able to guarantee this for the guest. The adjoining room types would be a King to 2 Queen.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, we have designated pet-friendly accommodations on the first floor of the hotel. There is a one-time $75 non-refundable fee per stay, and we have 2 pet maximum limit. For more information about pet-friendly accommodations and restrictions, please reach out to the hotel directly at 714-921-8688
Do you offer transportation to the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services to or from the Airport.
Do you offer shuttle transportation for guests?
Yes, we do offer shuttle transportation for both corporate and leisure guests. Arrangements must be made with the front desk and travel radius is up to 4 miles.
What amenities does the hotel offer?
We offer complimentary full American breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. We also offer an extensive fitness center, heated pool, hot tub, business center, and laundry room as well as fresh baked cookies in the evening Monday through Thursday. In-room amenities include Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, coffeemaker, desk and ergonomic, microwave, and a personal refrigerator.
Sierra Bar, open Monday through Thursday, features a billiard table, outdoor putting green and nightly specials.
