Requires minimum 7-night stay. Not eligible for Ayres Rewards Points. All room charges and applicable taxes are due every seven (7) days in advance. Guests departing earlier than the date noted on their reservation agree they will not receive a refund of any advance payment. Housekeeping will be limited to trash pick up and replacement linen for each 7 day period. Full housekeeping is available once every 8th day. Additional housekeeping services are available for a $25 fee for each additional day requested outside of the standard 8th day of service.
Deposit Policy:
At check-in, a physical credit card with an EMV chip is required to cover a $200 hold per stay for an incidentals deposit. Cash is not an accepted form of payment. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3-10 business days to reflect in your bank account. Guarantee Policy: All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with a valid expiration date. All room charges and applicable taxes are due every seven (7) days in advance. Guests must check-in with the front desk every 7 days to provide pre-payment in order to reprogram key cards. Guests departing earlier than the date noted on their reservation agree they will not receive a refund of any advance payment.
