To maintain the high-quality service and amenities for our guests, our pool and spa will be closed for maintenance from 4/26/21 - 5/24/21. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and continued loyalty to Ayres Hotels.
What time can I check in/check out at Ayres Hotel Redlands? Is there early check in/ late check out available?
Check in time at Ayres Hotel Redlands is after 3:00 pm, however they may process the check-in upon arrival and store luggage at the front desk until the room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready any time after 3:00 pm. Check out is at noon. For a nominal fee of $30 + tax guests may check in early at 11:00 am or check out later at 2:00 pm, but this would be based on availability.
Do you charge at the time of booking?
Reservations will be charged upon check-in unless otherwise noted. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy. All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date and EMV chip. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancellations must abide by their policy.
Is a credit card required upon check-in?
A credit or debit card is required upon check in. If the guest is paying with a credit card, that card must be present at check-in. If the guest is not the card holder, a credit card authorization form must be filled out in advance. In addition, a valid picture identification is required with same name as the credit card and reservation.
How much do you hold at the time of check in?
Upon check in we hold $50 per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Do you have any parking fees?
No, parking is complimentary.
How old do you have to be to check in?
If overnight guest is a minor (under 18), please have them contact the hotel directly for appropriate forms to be filled out and returned prior to arrival.
Do you have cribs or rollaway beds available?
We have pack n plays available, but we do not have rollaway beds.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served at 6:00 – 9:00 am Monday through Friday and 7:00 - 10:00 am on the weekends. The buffet style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice and coffee.
Is there a restaurant onsite?
We do not have a restaurant onsite, but we do offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. In addition, there is an evening reception provided on Monday thru Thursday between 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm including items such as beer, wine, cheese and crackers.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our guest rooms and floors are non-smoking. E-cigs, vapors, hookahs, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. We do have a designated smoking area outdoors.
Do you have connecting/adjoining rooms?
We do have connecting/adjoining rooms, but due to limited availability we would not be able to guarantee this for the guest. The type of adjoining room configurations at this hotel would be a King to King, King to 2 Queens, or 2 Queens to 2 Queens.
Do you allow pets?
Yes, the Ayres Hotel Redlands is a pet-friendly location. There is a $50 non-refundable daily pet fee and are only permitted in the exterior guestrooms. In addition, guest will be charged the repair or replacement cost for any damages caused by pet in guestroom, public areas, or grounds of the hotel. Pets cannot be left unattended in guestroom.
Do you offer transportation to the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services to or from the Airport.
Do you offer shuttle transportation for guests?
Yes, there is shuttle transportation for both leisure and corporate guests. This service is available Monday thru Friday and within a 5 miles radius.
What amenities does the hotel offer?
We offer complimentary full American breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. We also offer an extensive fitness center, heated pool (Closed 4/26/21 - 5/24/21), Jacuzzi, laundry facility and 24-hour business center as well as fresh baked cookies in the evening Monday through Thursday. In room amenities include, Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, coffeemaker, desk and ergonomic, microwave, and a personal refrigerator.
