What time can I check in/check out at Ayres Hotel Redlands - Loma Linda? Is there early check in/ late check out available?
Check in time at Ayres Hotel Redlands - Loma Linda is after 3:00 pm, however they may process the check-in upon arrival and store luggage at the front desk until the room is ready. Rooms are guaranteed to be ready any time after 3:00 pm. Check out is at 12:00 pm. For a nominal fee of $30 + tax guests may check in early at 11:00 am or check out later at 1:00 pm, but this would be based on availability.
Do you charge at the time of booking?
Reservations will be charged upon check-in unless otherwise noted. If your reservation is booked through a third party, payments must abide by their policy. All reservations require a guarantee by credit card with valid expiration date and EMV chip. The name on the credit card must match your government issued identification at check-in and cover the full room and tax amount + incidentals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Room reservations must be cancelled 24 hours prior to scheduled check-in time of 3:00 pm to avoid a cancellation fee of the first night’s room & tax, unless booking a non-refundable reservation/rate plan, in which case, the reservation is non-refundable and may not be modified. If your reservation is booked through a third party, cancellations must abide by their policy.
Is a credit card required upon check-in?
A credit or debit card is required upon check in. If the guest is paying with a credit card, that card must be present at check-in. If the guest is not the card holder, a credit card authorization form must be filled out in advance. In addition, a valid picture identification is required with same name as the credit card and reservation.
How much do you hold at the time of check in?
Upon check in we hold $100 per stay for an incidentals deposit. The deposit is released at midnight after the check-out date and typically takes 3 to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account.
Do you have any parking fees?
No, parking is complimentary.
How old do you have to be to check in?
If overnight guest is a minor (under 18), please have them contact the hotel directly for appropriate forms to be filled out and returned prior to arrival.
Do you have cribs or rollaway beds available?
We have pack n plays available, but we do not have rollaway beds.
Do you offer breakfast?
Yes, we offer a complimentary full American breakfast served from 6:00 am - 9:00 am Monday through Friday and 7:00 am - 10:00 am on the weekends. The buffet-style breakfast includes freshly cooked eggs, potatoes, sausage or bacon, pancakes or French toast, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, cereal, toast, muffins, juice, and coffee.
Is there a restaurant onsite?
We do not have a restaurant onsite, but we do offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. In addition, there is an evening reception provided on Monday thru Thursday between 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm including items such as beer, wine, cheese and crackers.
Do you have smoking rooms?
All of our guest rooms and floors are non-smoking. E-cigs, vapors, hookahs, etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. We do have a designated smoking area outdoors.
Do you have connecting/adjoining rooms?
We do have connecting/adjoining rooms, but due to limited availability we would not be able to guarantee this for the guest. The type of adjoining room configurations at this hotel would be a King to King, King to 2 Queens, or 2 Queens to 2 Queens.
Is Ayres Hotel Redlands - Loma Linda pet-friendly? Is there a fee?
Yes, we are pet friendly and welcome well-mannered dogs, cats, birds, and fish.
- $50 non-refundable fee per pet
- Additional charges will be assessed for any pet-related damages to the room, in public areas, or on the grounds of the hotel
- Pets may not be left unattended in guestrooms
- Pets must be leashed or held in public space
- Pets are only permitted in the exterior guestrooms
Service Animals:
- Ayres Hotels complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding Service Animals.
- Guests traveling with a Service Animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a Service Animal damage or soil the Hotel.
- Per the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Emotional Support Animals (ESA) do not qualify as Service Animals as they have not been trained to perform a specific job or task.

Do you offer transportation to the airport?
Unfortunately, we do not offer shuttle services to or from the Airport.
Do you offer shuttle transportation for guests?
The Ayres Hotel Redlands - Loma Linda does not have shuttle service available.
What amenities does the hotel offer?
We offer complimentary full American breakfast, parking, and Wi-Fi. We also offer an extensive fitness center, heated pool, jacuzzi, and laundry facility. In room amenities include, Ayres Elevated signature toiletries, coffeemaker, desk and ergonomic, microwave, and a personal refrigerator.

Do you offer complementary electric car charging stations?
We have pay per use electric car charging stations in our parking lot.
What restaurants and attractions are near the hotel?
Resaurants and atractions in close proximity to the hotel are: Mill Creek BBQ, Cafe Rio, Eureka, Rok N Fondue, Citrone, Downtown Redlands, The Lincoln Memorial Shrine, The Redlands Bowl, Hangar 24 Brewery, Citrus Plaza, and Kimberly Crest House and Gardens.
